About us

The Friends Of Playbox is a registered charity, created specifically to raise awareness of, and funds for, Playbox Theatre’s creative activities.

They seek to enable young people – especially those that may not have regular access to the theatre and arts opportunities – to participate in, explore, enjoy, and benefit from the company’s work.

Equally importantly, The Friends creates regular social opportunities and special events for members, parents, friends and supporters to come together in fun and creative ways, whilst raising much needed funds for Playbox Theatre
